To set up an email account using Microsoft Outlook 2007, follow the short steps below.
1.Open your Outlook application under the start menu.
2.Select tools.
3.Select account seetings.
4.In the window that pops up, select New.
5.Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP.
6.Click next to continue.
7.Insert any name that you would like to display in the name field.
9.Insert the email address that was supplied to you by ZAWeb Hosts.
1.Replace example.com with the domain that was provided to you by ZAWeb Hosts.
10.Insert the password that was either provided to you by ZAWeb Hosts,
or the password that you have chosen for that specific email account.
11.Click next to continue with the setup.
12.Wait for it to autoconnect.
13.If it does not connect on the first try,
select the optoin to try an unencrypted connection to the server.
14.If the unencrypted connection fails to connect to the server,
select the optoin that allows you to manually configure server settings.
15.Click next.
15.Select Internet Email.
16.Select next to continue.
17. In the incomming mail server field, insert: mail.example.com.
do the same in the outgoing mail server field.
18.Insertyour email address provided to you by ZAWeb Hosts in the user name field.
Reinsert your password that was either provided to you or that you selected for this specific email account.
19.Click next to continue.
20.You have entered all required information and your email application should connect to the server.
21.Click close on the Account Settings window and you are ready to use your application.
Send a test email to a friend or relative in order to see if your applicatoin is working correctly.
